HOTEL INFORMATION AND POLICIES

We strongly urge you to make your housing reservation immediately after you register for the program. To make reservations, call (800) 548-8886 or go online at www.fontainebleau.com; enter in hotel dates required (December 2-6, 2008) along with the group code: PCICS. The hotel has limited space thus you will need the group code.

• Rooms at the conference rate are available until November 1, 2008. Although the deadline for room reservation is November 1, 2008, the block of rooms PCICS has reserved is expected to sell out much earlier. We encourage you to make your hotel reservation early.
• Room Rate: $229.00 (single/double) plus tax and additional charges, per room per night (currently 13%)
• Maximum number of occupants per room is (3) three people, regardless of age. The present additional person rate is $30.00. Children up to 17 years of age are free.
• In order to confirm a room assignment, the hotel will require the first night's deposit (refundable up to 5 days in advance of the convention date). Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately.
• In the event a guest who has requested a room within the PCICS block checks out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date, the hotel will add an early check-out fee of $75 to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise the Fontainebleau upon or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
• Check-in time is 3:00PM; check-out time is 11:00AM. All guests arriving before 3:00PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. For those arriving early, the guest service department can arrange to check baggage until rooms become available.
• All rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.
• No-shows: If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date indicated, you will forfeit your deposit and the hotel will cancel your room reservation.
